Do you need my platform login or API keys? +
Never. EComClaws works in two ways: (1) order export files you upload yourself, and (2) public-page price monitoring for competitor tracking. We never ask for, store, or touch any platform credentials.
Which platforms are supported? +
Currently: Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and eBay for order import and financial analytics. Competitor price monitoring covers Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. More platforms are added based on user demand — tell us what you sell on.
Where is my data stored? Can anyone else see it? +
Your business data is stored on an isolated server with strict access controls. We do not share, sell, or expose your data to any third party — including other EComClaws users.
How is this different from the platform's built-in analytics? +
Platform analytics show gross sales. EComClaws shows true profit — after every fee, return, ad spend, and fulfillment cost is factored in. It also aggregates across platforms and adds competitor intelligence that no native dashboard offers.
How long does it take to get set up? +
