Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Beijing Bidi Technology Co., Ltd. ("EComClaws", "we", "us") governing your use of EComClaws products and services. By using our service, you agree to all of these Terms.

If you are using the service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Service Description

EComClaws is a SaaS analytics and competitor intelligence tool for e-commerce sellers, providing the following core features:

• Price Radar: real-time monitoring of competitor public product pages with price change alerts
• Profit Dashboard: per-SKU profit and ROI analytics based on your uploaded order data
• Cross-Platform Analytics: unified revenue, margin, and efficiency tracking across selling channels

The service is currently in invite-only beta. Features and stability are actively being improved.

3. Accounts & Access

• Beta access is by invitation only; accounts are reviewed and approved by the EComClaws team
• You are responsible for your account security and must not share or transfer access to unauthorized third parties
• You must notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

By using this service, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
• Not upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Not use competitor data obtained through this service for harassment or unfair competitive practices
• Comply with the terms of use of the e-commerce platforms you sell on (competitor price monitoring covers public pages only)

5. Data Ownership

All business data you upload to EComClaws (order data, financial data, etc.) belongs to you. EComClaws processes this data only to the extent necessary to provide the service and does not share, sell, or use it for any other purpose.

Upon termination, we will provide a data export upon request within 30 days, after which your data will be securely deleted.

6. Intellectual Property

The EComClaws software, algorithms, interface design, branding, and related intellectual property are owned by Beijing Bidi Technology Co., Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property license beyond what is necessary for normal service use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or build competing products based on any part of this service.

7. Pricing & Refunds

Beta period: Invited users have free access to all features during the beta.

Paid plans: We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any billing begins. You may choose whether to continue.

Refund policy: Once paid plans launch, refund requests made within 7 days of the start of a billing cycle will be honored in full.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• EComClaws makes no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of competitor data
• EComClaws is not liable for business decisions made based on service outputs
• EComClaws's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you actually paid in the preceding 12 months
• EComClaws is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (network failures, platform blocks, natural disasters, etc.)

9. Changes & Termination

EComClaws reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Beijing.
